Charlie Ysasi (1993) is an audiovisual artist, musician, and writer. After his degree in communication and audiovisual arts, and a music production certification by Berklee College of Music in Boston, he has worked on various kinds of creative endeavors, including live sound engineering, movies, tv shows, music production, and teaching music as well as creative techniques.

2016-2017

• Sound director, sound assistant and production assistant in various movies, short films, and TV shows.
• Producer for radio show ‘La Camioneta Mariachera’ for radio station La Líder. Jalisco.

2018-2020

• Multiple music releases including albums and singles in various genres.
• Producer for The Filthy Grasshoppers rock blues band.
• Publishing original poems in the collective book ‘Voces en Eco’.

2021

• Music production and Sound Design for ICL Immigration, New Zealand.

2022

• Invited guest for the ZOIA Bootcamp Workshop by Empress Effects. Virtual via YouTube.
• Started a consultancy on productivity and creativity.
• Album release and collaboration for solo exhibition “Destination Unknown” by Paulina Barón at Vía Libertad. Guadalajara, Jalisco.
